Firstly:gravure printing, stripping paper with printing, film-spraying paper and silicone oil paper must be printed before they can do the following process: film-spraying and silicon coating.

Second: PE film spraying machine is also called plastic spraying machine. Hot melt PE plastic film is evenly coated on the surface of the paper, forming a film spraying paper, also known as plastic paper or plastic paper. It is also the first process to produce plastic release paper.

Third: Silicone coating, silicone oil has incompatible physical characteristics. Silicon coating is the choice of coating machine to coat silicone on the rolled surface of other data, forming a layer of silicone oil layer, called silicone oil paper (film), and then to achieve non-stick, oil-proof effect, is the production of oil-proof paper, anti-stick paper, the first information of the film.

Fourth: Slitting, because the film manufacturers have large silicon coated production lines, and customer demand is usually narrow or single products, so the final process is to cut large rolls of paper (film) into products required by customers.

Fifth: the knife, sliced into rolls of coated silicone paper, stripping film or shower film paper and then through the flip machine to slice rectangular sheets of paper, to meet customer demand for flat sheet products.
