Introduction of Coated Release Paper.
Industry news / 2019-03-14

After the base paper is coated, the release agent is coated on the coated surface to produce the release paper.  Because there are paper wool and fibers on the surface of the paper, the coating must reach a certain amount to ensure that there is no penetration point, that silicone oil will not penetrate into the paper feed, and that there will be no poor peeling.  Generally, the amount of coated paper is 16g per square meter. It is said that Wenzhou has already achieved 11 ~ 13g per square meter, which is quite close to the data of advanced foreign equipment.  Theoretically, as long as the adhesive tape can be peeled off from the release paper, a lower amount of film coating is allowed.

Film-coated release paper can be divided into single shower and double shower.  Generally, single-sided release paper is single-drenched, of course, there are also double-drenched single-sided release paper, because the release surface is generally 20g thick and the non-release surface is generally 15g thin. Such release paper is relatively flat.

If it is coated paper with 22 grams of both sides, it is more suitable for making double-sided release paper.  All wood pulp paper is generally used for coated release paper, especially in electronic industry.  If you choose straw pulp paper, there will be a lot of paper scraps and easily broken edges during die cutting.

All wood pulp paper is commonly referred to as kraft paper, such as natural kraft paper (commonly known as " Ben Niu"), white kraft paper (commonly known as " Bai Niu"), yellow kraft paper (commonly known as " Japanese yellow cow") and blue kraft paper (commonly known as " Indonesian blue cow").  Of course, it is also useful to make base paper from full wood pulp offset paper, more useful to make base paper from photographic paper, and to make base paper from coated paper, white board paper, cow card, milk card, etc.
