Strengthen testing. The test method uses malachite green aqueous solution(1:100) and magenta ethanol solution(1:100). The former tests whether the silicone coating has penetration points and uniformity. The latter tests the infiltration point of the film paper. If there is a penetration point in the film paper, even if the organosilicon has even better shielding, the penetration point is also a safety hazard.

The solution is evenly coated on the surface of the test paper and stays for 30 seconds to 1 minute. Wipe with a clean cloth. Malachite green can be wiped clean. There are very few traces of solution on the surface that can be considered as silicone coating. If there is a very dark malachite green solution trace, it is determined that the silicone coating is not qualified, that is, the off-type paper is poor.

The magenta solution can be wiped clean, and there is no trace of solution on the surface. It is considered that the film paper is not coated with no penetration point; If there are a few traces, there is a slight hole on the surface, that is, a micro-hole, which is a safety hazard to off-type paper; If the paper on the back of the red penetration point, then the determination of the film coating completely unqualified, out of the original paper poor.
