Many tape factories and die-cutting factories in the use of off-type paper(Silicon oil paper), there are some misunderstandings in knowledge. Even if it is used by unscrupulous businessmen, re-stripping and stripping are one of the misunderstandings.
Re-stripping, as the name implies, stripping the weight of off-type paper. Re-stripping off-type paper requires the weight change of the stripping force by adjusting the formula of organosilicon. The content of organosilicon in each square meter of off-type paper is stripped again, and the tape factory needs to be larger than the die-cutting factory. Therefore, the purchase price of the tape factory will be more expensive than the purchase price of the die cutting factory.
Some of the weak technology of silicone coating plants, by reducing the solid content of silicone, the stripping force will become heavy, to achieve re-stripping. The purchase price of re-stripping power organosilicon is nearly 23 % higher than the purchase price of normal stripping power. So most organosilicon coating plants use this method, but the hidden danger behind this approach is poor stripping.
The causes of poor stripping are as follows:
First, the curing is not complete;
Second, the silicone coating is not uniform;
Third, there is a penetration point from the original paper;
Fourth, the amount of silicone coating is low;
Fifth, the tape does not match the off-type paper.
