1, according to the strength to choose

The strength of release paper is directly related to the efficiency and cost rationalization of artificial leather production.  The strength and toughness of release paper will seriously affect its reuse in the production process, thus better realizing the requirements of saving production cost and improving comprehensive production efficiency.  Therefore, in order to choose the most comfortable release paper, we must consider the strength and select it according to the comprehensive load capacity standard of strength and toughness for specific production, so as to better show the demand of release paper in specific production and processing process.
 

2, the difficulty of stripping should be considered

The release paper should have appropriate peeling strength. If peeling is too difficult, it will affect the number of times the paper is reused. If peeling is too easy, it is easy to bow and cause pre-peeling in the artificial leather production process. Therefore, it is required that the peeling strength of the release paper is lower for the hard-peeling artificial leather resin and higher for the easy-peeling artificial leather resin.  Therefore, the selection process must be based on production needs.
