Paper is involved in the production of profiled paper, so how should we choose paper? How should we choose the production process and process of the stripping paper? Separation paper has higher requirements for base paper, i. e. paper base, which not only requires high strength, but also has strict requirements for heat resistance, loose thickness and moisture.
The paper of 125 g/m2 or more is generally used in the quantitative aspect of base paper. The technical difficulty lies in the control of the thickness and heat resistance of the base paper. In the aspect of pine thickness, the ratio of coniferous pulp and hardwood pulp is generally used to control the need of heat resistance. Heat resistance agent is added to the pulp to enhance the heat resistance of paper. Therefore, the general release paper will use the film paper to make release paper, because of its good flatness, good toughness, in line with the basic requirements of the production of release paper.
Deposition coatings can be divided into two categories, namely, silicon-based Deposition coatings and non-silicon-based Deposition coatings. Silicone separation materials include silicone resin and alkyd resin acrylic resin for modified silicone resin. Non-silicon ionic materials include chromium complex polypropylene resin of methacrylic acid type or fatty acid type, polymethylpentene resin and other special resin aminoalkyd resin, epoxy resin, etc.
Different types of separated coatings have different characteristics, such as silicone resin coatings with excellent peeling performance and heat resistance, chromium complex coatings with poor solvent resistance, polypropylene coatings with high gloss but poor heat resistance. Different types of off-type coatings have different technological processes. Silicon off-type coatings generally use roller or scraper coating method, and require the raw paper to be first coated with a layer of undercoat. On-line coating considers that the main purpose of primer is to improve smoothness and permeability resistance of silicon coatings.
Polypropylene and polymethylpentene resin coatings are mainly coated by extrusion. The base paper can be used without undercoating. Other additives in the coatings are fed through the feeding trough of the extrusion coating machine. These off-type coating technologies involve the control of the peeling strength of the coatings, which is also the technical difficulty. Because it also involves the choice of peeling force control agent and its influence on other properties of the separated coating.
