This is only one of them.

3, there is also a problem with the adhesive, the material appears to have hair edge, and that kind of drum adhesive material edge is clean and undamaged, which is the basic factor to ensure the printing quality of the adhesive label, so, Before printing, we must carefully check whether the cutting edge of the adhesive material of the drum has a hairline, if there is proof that this product is not suitable.

4，Some of the adhesive material has cracks. When the adhesive material is divided during manufacture, if the cutting tool adjustment is not appropriate or the blade is not sharp enough during the process, these will lead to cracks in the surface paper or bottom paper of the adhesive material. The fibers pulled out of the crack will be stuck by the adhesive.
